The ThinMate(*) is designed to smooth those razor edges on your core material.

• Handles material from .010” to .025” (our EdgeMate does .028” to .250”).
• The edge is cleaned and polished in one rapid operation.
• * Please note that this is a custom, special-order machine.

The machine runs at 60 feet per minute, so as fast as you can start your panels through, they are out the other end.
