We've combined our BevelMate with a heavy-duty PCB shop work-cart AND our Cutter Centering Device. Everything you need to boost your production rates to the next level! Try it with our new Rad-Tools!

BevelMate will bevel boards as small as 1" square; boards up to 24" long(*); boards with up to 1" recessed fingers x .070" deep. It will also bevel conventional boards.
Will bevel assembled boards individually or in panel form.
This high production machine features automatic board thickness compensation and double-sided beveling.
Production cycle time of 3 to 7 seconds. (Board size and operator dexterity are factors.)
Simple operation and easy 3 step set-up.
Bevel angle: 180^o (Flat edge) to 15^o per side plus edge polish. Angle is altered by exchanging cutter block.

The Cutter Centering Device is used to set the cutters for the BevelMate Model 035 recessed-finger beveling machine.

Allows cutters to be set for the machine as soon as they are received.
You save set-up time and your production runs are more efficient.
For customers with multiple BevelMates, an eccentric center pin is provided for setting all machines; so that all cutters are set alike.
